My Responsibility to HomeBase Exclusive Privileges

1] I will uphold the values of HomeBase Exclusive Privileges and not engage in any deceptive, unlawful, or unethical consumer soliciting practice that may be detrimental or reflect poorly on HomeBase Exclusive Privileges, HomeBase Exclusive Privileges merchants, and HomeBase Exclusive Privileges affiliates.

2] I will represent HomeBase Exclusive Privileges in a truthful manner, and will act in good faith towards all members of the organization. I fully understand that HomeBase Exclusive Privileges is not held liable or accountable for damages, liabilities, costs, fines, expenses, and penalties resulting from any claims, proceedings, or actions from misrepresentations on my behalf.

My Business Relationship with HomeBase Exclusive Privileges

1] I will be a person of integrity, practicing good business skills, striving to be organized, responsible, and dependable to the organization.

2] I will truthfully identify myself, my relationship with HomeBase Exclusive Privileges, and my participation in the Membership Sales Program in my efforts to sell memberships and enroll Broker Members.

3] I will convey membership benefits and the Membership Sales Program honestly as to price, value, and responsibility.

4] I will contact potential members in a reasonable manner and during reasonable hours to avoid intrusiveness. A sales presentation shall discontinue upon request of the potential member.

5] I will respond in a timely manner to all potential Broker Member leads when contacted by HomeBase Exclusive Privileges.

6] I understand that a HomeBase Exclusive Privileges Broker Member must be 18 years of age or older.

7] I understand that any reproduction of the HomeBase Exclusive Privileges trademark logo, name, and/or promotional materials is strictly prohibited. 

8] I will accurately complete and mail member documentation and check within 48 hours of receiving payment. All checks must be paid to the order of HomeBase Exclusive Privileges. Cash is not accepted. Credit card payments are processed at homebasebrokermember.com.

My Independent Business

1] I am not a joint venture with, or franchisee, partner or employee of, HomeBase Exclusive Privileges. I have no power or authority to incur any debt, obligation or liability on behalf of my independent business.

2] I will abide by all federal, state, and local laws that govern my independent business. I further understand that as an independent business I am responsible for all self employment and income taxes for earned income related to the Membership Sales Program.

Notice: HomeBase Exclusive Privileges will promptly investigate any member or Broker Member complaint and after considering all the facts take such steps as it may find appropriate and necessary under the circumstances to correct the issue and satisfy each party. HomeBase Exclusive Privileges reserves the right to terminate, upon written notice, any Broker Member agreement.
